Maurice Contal - Director;
has been developing and facilitating worldwide, Cross-Cultural
Management Systems® programmes since 1995. He currently
teaches part-time at ESCP-EAP and HEC (both premier Paris
business schools). He was previously Finance Director
for The Coca-Cola Company and also held senior management
positions with Colgate-Palmolive. Maurice is French, received
a Franco-British education in London and is an ESCP graduate |

Maureen Rabotin is the
founding director of Effective Global Leadership. Prior
to becoming a Cross-Cultural Training Consultant in 1996,
Maureen held managerial positions for 9 years in two multinationals,
first as European Product Leader in a medical diagnostics
multinational, then as Export Director for a French electronics
company. Her position within these companies allowed her
to travel and negotiate with clients and suppliers across
Europe, Middle East and Asia. In 2005, she became a certified
Coach, started her own company, Effective Global Leadership
to better serve her clients who are high-level executives
and leaders in companies going through the globalization
process. Maureen's approach to coaching focuses on leadership
development through intercultural awareness, Cultural
Intelligence (CQ/CI), Emotional (EQ/EI) and Social Intelligence
(SQ/SI) as well as team coaching with the brand name of
M.E.E.T. ™ (multicultural, efficient and effective teams).
Maureen divides her time between USA and France, and is
bilingual. |

seminars for several training institutes. Under her nom
de plume she is the author of France...REALLY!!!, a lighthearted
look at the differences between the Anglo-Saxons and the
French. She is founding director of the international-communications
company Foreign Affairs and chair of the Professional
Women's Task Force of the American Chamber of Commerce

Jerome LANTZ Strong
Marketing experience in various positions: Consultant,
Project Manager, Marketing Manager. He lived more than
2 years in Russia where he developed the Marketing department
of one of the Russian cosmetics retail leaders. Double
