2. The origins of national cultures (the French example: geography, history, religions, philosophy / education system, political organisation)
3. Presentation of a cross-cultural analytical framework designed to help you understand your colleagues' behavior. Comparisons with major Western cultures.
4. Practical use of the framework applied to the French work relations with colleagues, subordinates (management techniques) and business relations. Comparisons with the practices of participants.
